JFWN is entitled to certain milestone payments from Terumo Europe NV which are related to the financial, operational and regulatory performance of Quirem Medical B.V. in the future; AGA is a senior scientist at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies and is entitled to certain milestone payments from Terumo Europe NV which are related to the financial, operational and regulatory performance of Quirem Medical B.V. in the future. AGA is an inventor of a patent that is assigned to Quirem Medical B.V. related to particles comprising lanthanide hydroxides.
