: This study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University (NO.DW2025053). All animal procedures in this study were performed in accordance with the Basel Declaration. The committee approved the method of euthanasia (carotid artery transection under deep anesthesia) as it was deemed necessary for rapid tissue collection and to avoid metabolic interference from anesthetic agents in biodistribution studies.
