Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The project required collecting data from human subjects. All the data were collected upholding the highest ethical standard. Written consents were collected from all respondents. It was made clear to all the respondents that they could withdraw from participating in the survey at any point. Anonymity was maintained at all level of data collection and preservation. Only the research team had access to the personal identification information and no such information were used in any of the analyses. The Institutional Review Board at the James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University reviewed and approved both the proposal and the data collection protocol.
