: The study was approved by the Research and Ethics Committee of Kuwait Ministry of Health (The Standing Committee for Coordination of Health and Medical Research) (Approval Code:1502/2020). The study does not require informed consent because the data was extracted from the hospital information system database and did not involve interviews with patients, hence the need of informed consent was waived by the Research and Ethics Committee of Kuwait Ministry of Health.
