: The chicks used in this experiment were purchased from a breeding factory in Nanchang city, Jiangxi Province, China. The feeding site was fumigated with formaldehyde, and the chicks were raised in the experimental animal room of the College of Animal Science and Technology of Jiangxi Agricultural University according to laboratory feeding standards. This experiment strictly followed the experimental animal ethics stipulated by the state, followed the principles of experimental animal welfare and animal experiment safety, and was approved by the Animal Management and Ethics Committee of Jiangxi Agricultural University (NO. JXAULL-2021-12).
