: All the human samples were collected in the department of Hepatobiliary Surgery and Oncology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, from January 2017 to July 2020. Institutional review board approval and informed consent were obtained from all collections. 85 paired HCC and normal liver specimens were used to prepare tissue assay for the expression level of c-Myc and SIRT4 and MARylation level of MAT2A. This study was approved by the institutional review board/ethics committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University (2018-KY-GJ-009).
