: Human pancreatic cancer tissues and sera were acquired by the approval by the Taipei Medical University-Joint Institutional Review Board (Taipei, Taiwan, approval no.: N202011039). PDXs samples were approved by the institutional review board of the University Medical Center Rostock (Rostock, Germany, approval nos.: II HV 43/2004, A 45/2007, and A 2018-0054).
