: The study involved human umbilical cord derived MSCs was conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki, and approved by the Research Ethics Committee Board of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital (consent number:2017–161-01, date: 2017-12-26). Written informed consent was received from all donors of human umbilical cord. All animal experiments were performed in the light of Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals from National Institutes of Health and this study was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Experimental Animal Center of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital (approval No. 2022AE01040, date: 2022-6-25).
