: Dr. Ohad Green holds a Ph.D. in Social-Work from Bar-Ilan University, Israel. His research areas are trauma, violence, life transition, and migration. His primary focus is families of temporary migrants - asylum seekers, refugees and migrant workers, whom he worked in the past at the “Mesila” aid organization. His research on workers' rights violation of migrant home care workers awarded him a special prize from the Israeli Industrial Relations Research Association. After winning the Haruv postdoctoral fellowship and working as a researcher at the University on Oxford, He is now working at the University of South Florida and developing online interventions for the migrant community.Liat Ayalon is a clinical psychologist and a Professor at Bar Ilan University, School of Social Work, Israel. She earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology and completed her pre- and postdoctoral training at the University of California, San Francisco. Her current interests concern the integration of mental health in primary care, the intersection of formal and informal care for older adults and ageism. She is the chair of a COST Action on Ageism from a multi-national, interdisciplinary perspective and serves as a member of the Israel and Global Young Academies. She is also the coordinator of a new Marie Curie innovative training network on ageism.
