: The data collection was conducted in collaboration with The Dialog Organizational Consulting Research and Training LTD (ISO/IEC 27001:2013, registration number 109502). The firm conducts surveys for a variety of clients in the public and private sectors. In Israel, public opinion surveys do not require ethical approval. However, at the introduction part of the questionnaire, participants were given an explanation about the survey. Answering the questionnaire was considered consent to participate. The researchers received a data file with no personal details of the participants.
