: All animal experiments were carried out in accordance with Chinese National Guidelines GB/T 35892–20181, as well as under the guidance of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Tongji University. The human cervical specimens were obtained from women who underwent hysterectomies due to uterine leiomyomata in the Clinical Pathology Department of Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital. The procedure was approved by the Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Hospital Ethics Committee. All the human tissues were collected following clinical SOP under the patient’s consent.
