: The data collection was approved by the Danish Data Protection Agency. In Denmark, approval from Ethics Committees is not required for survey research. In the invitation letter to the survey, we carefully described the purpose of the data collection and clearly stated that participation was voluntary. Since participation in the survey was voluntary, we interpret the decision of individual participants to fill in the questionnaire as informed consent.
