: All examinations were performed for clinical reasons. The ethical requirements for the humane treatment of the animals were followed. Informed consent was obtained from the owners to use the clinical data for research purposes. Euthanasia was performed humanely according to the methods prescribed by the Animal Experimentation Committee of Kitasato University School of Veterinary Medicine.
