: Zhengkui Weng was born in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, China. He is now a Ph.D. candidate of School of Communication and Information Engineering in Shanghai University, China. His major research interests include computer vision and pattern recognition.Yepeng Guan was born in Xiaogan, Hubei Province, China, in 1967. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in physical geography from the Central South University, Changsha, China, in 1990 and 1996, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in geodetection and information technology from the Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2000. Since 2007, he has been a professor with School of Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University.
