This record will ensure transparency in the process and allow for future updates to the review. The research will be based solely on publicly available secondary data. All included studies must have followed appropriate ethical standards, as stated by the original authors. There will be no need for approval by the ethics committee, as no primary data will be collected.Although this review involves only secondary data, ethical considerations will extend to the appraisal of included studies. Reports lacking explicit ethics committee approval or informed consent statements will not be automatically excluded; however, such omissions will be documented in the quality assessment tables and discussed as a potential source of bias in the “Risk of Bias” and “Limitations” sections. This approach ensures ethical transparency without restricting evidence synthesis unnecessarily.Differences in reporting across high-income and LMIC settings will be described and considered as contextual quality concerns rather than exclusion criteria. Additionally, equity considerations including underrepresentation of marginalized populations will be explicitly discussed as a limitation with implications for future research.
