Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Data Protection Official at the Norwegian Centre for Research Data approved the study in letter dated 08.12.2011, reference number 28652. The participants were given written and verbal information about the objective of the study prior to the interviews.Written consent to be interviewed, recorded and part of the whole study, was also obtained. The participants were informed that the information given would be confidential and that they were free to end their participation at any time and with no repercussions.
