: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the Institute of Health Sciences, Wollega University before data collection began. Then, a support letter was written to the study zones to request the necessary support of the different districts and facilities in the zone. Each eligible study participant provided written consent. The study subjects were informed that the study would not involve any risks. Also, the objectives and benefits of the study were explained to them. To ensure privacy and confidentiality, the questionnaire did not collect identifying information. Moreover, interview was conducted in separate room.The right of an individual to not participate in the study was respected. The filled questionnaire notes were taken, and recorded audio was kept confidential in a locked place.The right of an individual not to participate in the study was also respected. Once agreed to participate, the participants were provided masks for the prevention of any possible contraction of COVID-19 during the interview.
