: We kept information regarding respondents confidential. We exposed household or individual identifying information neither during analysis nor during the publication. For EMDHS data collection, the Ethiopian Health Nutrition and Research Institute (EHNRI) Review Board and the National Research Ethics Review Committee (NRERC) at the Ministry of Science and Technology were provided permission.
