: In Latvia, the ethical aspects of this study were approved by the Degree Committee of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. In Lithuania, the study was approved by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers (Valstybės įmonė Registrų centras). Survey participants were informed about the study objectives, the interview process, and the applicable data protection guidelines (anonymous data processing and record keeping).
