: The study was conducted after obtaining permission from the university authorities and receiving a code of ethics (No: IR.IUMS.REC.1397.733) from the Ethics Committee of Iran University of Medical Sciences. The participants were fully briefed on the study objectives and ensured of the confidentiality of the data. Participation in the study was voluntary and contingent on receiving the candidates’ written consent, and the participants were allowed to withdraw from it at any stage. The interviews were recorded with prior permission of the participants, and all the audio files were deleted after the data analysis was over.
