: the study was approved by the Ministry of Health and Population Ethics committee and institutional review board (IRB). All subjects verbally consented to participate after they were fully informed about the aims of the survey and the risks associated. Interviews were conducted by MoHP epidemiologists in a separate location in the airport clinic, and anonymity was maintained for preserving participants’ confidentiality.
