: After reading the brief survey descriptions supplied to the DHS program, a permission letter was obtained from allowing access to East African DHS data online. The datasets were handled with the highest level of assurance. Based on secondary data from the East Africa DHS, this analysis was conducted. The DHS office already acts ethically when handling matters relating to informed consent, confidentiality, anonymity, and privacy of the study participants. Other than for this study, we didn’t alter and use the microdata. Ethical clearance, and consent to participate was not necessary, because both patients and the general public were not involved in this investigation. This study adhered to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The data was solely utilized for this authorized research project and will not be shared with any other researchers.
