: The study obtained the approval from University of Leeds and Nepal Health Research Council, the apex body in Nepal to regulate all health research related activities. At the PMC, a presentation was made with PMC project management committee to obtain their approval, this was followed by the approval of the stakeholders at the PMC HD, public health facilities, private pharmacies, local level stakeholders and community people. This study received approval from the Nepal Health Research Council (669–2021) and the University of Leeds (MREC 21–016). The clients participating in the study will be recruited only after their agreement to be enrolled in the study. The written consent will be taken with those enrolled in the study. Participants who do not consent to participate in the study will not be enrolled in the study. The findings will be disseminated through conference presentations, peer-reviewed publications, organization website and to the PMC.
