: The current study included human respondents because this ethical clearance was obtained from ethical clearance approval obtained from the Health Research Ethics Committee, Department of Health Studies and University of South Africa (UNISA), reference number 11760680_CREC_CHS_2023. A permission letter was written by the Amhara Public Health Institute with reference number APHI/03/2053 and the West Gojjam Zone with reference number 1443/11/2016 to the study districts.
