: Ethical approval for the research was granted by the Hawassa University Ethical Review Committee (reference - IRB/288/15). Additionally, a support letter was obtained from the Ministry of Health in Ethiopia, as well as regional health bureaus and zonal health offices. All methods were carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed written consent was obtained from all research participants, and permission was granted for record reviews from health institutions. The confidentiality of respondent’s information was maintained through the use of codes, and computer-based data was secured with passwords. The data collected will be used solely for the intended research purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.
