Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical clearance will be first obtained from The University of Queensland Human Research Ethics committee. Then, additional approvals and/or permissions will be sought from collaborating health systems/departments. In addition, consent will be obtained from CALD community study participants, healthcare professionals and participating sites in implementing the multi-packaged model of care. Data collected from study participants will be kept confidential and will be recorded in anonymized form during and after the study. Electronic data will be stored in a password protected drive, and so only able to be accessed by the members of the research team. Furthermore, the results of this research project are expected to be published and/or presented in various forms. During this process, the information provided will be reported anonymously and in a non-identifiable manner.
