: The research followed the ethics principles for social science and humanities research set forth by the Swedish Research Council, which included requirements for information, consent, confidentiality, and data usage. These were addressed in the study by providing the respondents with information about the study's purpose, both verbal and written. Furthermore, respondents were informed that participation was voluntary and could be withdrawn at any time without needing to provide a reason or negative consequences. The confidentiality of the respondents was protected, with audio recordings being transcribed and anonymized to ensure anonymity. Finally, the data were securely stored to prevent unauthorized access and were only used for scientific purposes.
