: Ethical approval for this study was provided by the Human Research Ethics Committee at the University of Cape Town (IRB number: IRB00001938), and an IRB Authorization Agreement (IAA) was created with Brown University (IAA #20-05). : This study protocol does not meet the definition of a clinical trial per the National Institute on Health (NIH) Guidelines. This protocol develops and evaluates a train-the-trainer model: the only human subjects are trainers and providers. The trainer-level outcomes are indicators of trainer knowledge and fidelity, whereas the provider-level outcomes are measures of confidence, attitudes, and acceptability. Patient encounters are tracked but patients do not participate as human subjects and no patient health outcomes are collected. The research participants do not provide any data on health-related outcomes or behaviors.
