: Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia (ACHSA: 04/15/621) and Metro South Health Human Research Ethics Committee (Queensland; HREC/16/QPAH/293). Participants read and/or listened (via headphones) to a consent statement read out on the App. They then select to say ‘OK’ (to provide consent to take part) or ‘no’ (to not provide consent to take part and thus not progress with the survey). In addition, a Participant Information Statement form was shown to each participant by a research assistant. Participants were given a copy of this form to keep. Both ethics committees did not require parental consent for participants aged 16–17 years.
