: A consultative statement has been given from The Stockholm Regional Ethical Review Board stating that no ethical approval was needed as the information collected was. not considered personally sensitive (Ref. No. 2012/1695-31/5). All participation in the interviews was voluntary and both managers and employees were informed about the purpose of the study and that they could interrupt the interview at any time they wished without giving any further explanation for the interruption. All consented to study participation. No compensation was given to the participants, but the participants in the focus groups were offered Swedish "fika" during the interview.
