: All procedures are approved by Yale University Human Investigations Committee (IRB), as the single IRB of record and includes a prisoner representative. The University of Alabama Birmingham (UAB) IRB entered into a reliance agreement with Yale IRB to allow the latter to serve as the single IRB of record. UAB IRB additionally approved all local site modifications as needed, including promotional material and consent forms. In Connecticut, the protocol is approved by the Connecticut Department of Corrections Research Advisory Council as it applies to activities in places of detention in CT. We also applied for and received approval from the NIH Office of Human Subjects Research Protections (OHRP), and a Certificate of Confidentiality. All unanticipated adverse events are reported to Yale University IRB as the single IRB of record. All modifications to the protocol will be approved by the Yale University IRB as the single IRB of record and participants will be re-consented if needed. Each site also has a community advisory board, comprised of experts in telehealth, criminal legal systems, local community-based organizations, PrEP navigation, and women with lived experience. All participants provide written informed consent to participate.
