: All participants received written information about the purpose of the study and their participation before the interview. The participants were informed at the beginning of the interview that participation in the study was voluntary and that they could choose to cancel their participation at any time without any negative effect. The participants gave verbal consent during the recording at the time of the interview and a written consent after the interview. According to the Swedish Law (SFS 2003:460) concerning the ethical review of research involving humans no formal ethical approval of the study was needed, since respondents were not asked any questions about their personal health []. An ethical review by the Stockholm Regional Ethical Review Board concerning a prior, similar study [], yielded a consultative statement stating that no ethical approval was needed (ref. no. 2012/1695-31/5). Regarding the current study, a consultative statement was provided by KI Ethics (an ethics council at the Karolinska Institute that researchers can turn to for advice on research issues) in June 2022, stating that no new ethics application was needed provided that no sensitive personal data would be collected. This praxis is based on the Law (2003:460) on ethical review of research involving humans, paragraphs 3–5 [].
