: Approval from the Cornwall and Plymouth NHS Research Ethics Committee (REC) and from the Health Research Authority was granted for this study: REC approval reference 21/SW/0106.Participants were required to return a completed consent form via email prior to interview commencement, and their consent was confirmed verbally at the start of the interview. Participants had at least 72Â h to consider the information before being asked to consent. The consent form requested that participants read and ticked (electronically) statements indicating that they had read the relevant version of the Participant Information Sheet and had the opportunity to ask questions and have these answered fully, that they understood that their participation was voluntary, and that they understood that the data they provided could be stored and used in its anonymised form for reports, publications, and/or teaching materials from the research and by other researchers for further research.
