: This randomized, double-blind, controlled trial was conducted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University between December 2023 and December 2024. The study protocol was approved by the Science and Technology Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University on December 1, 2023(reference: KJ2023-385–01) (Appendix 2) and registered in the Chinese Clinical Trials Registry (ChiCTR2300078615, date of registration: 14/12/2023).
