Ethics approval and consent to participate
: According to the Dutch regulation for research with human subjects, neither medical or ethical approval is required to conduct the study since the data were collected as part of routine diagnostics and infection control surveillance. This data collection is registered by the data registration committee of the VU university medical center. The research protocol was submitted to the Medical Ethics Committee of VU university medical center (reference number 2018.010) and ethical review was waivered.
