Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was accepted by the medical ethics commission of the Universitätsmedizin Greifswald (BB 087/16b). Every respondent got two blank envelopes in the AHOI box for the anonymous return of the questionnaires. An included information sheet invited the respondents to the voluntary and anonymous participation. The AHOI boxes were distributed by the survey personnel. The respondents were informed by the study personnel about the study goal and motivated. The return of the questionnaires in closed envelopes was therefore viewed as informed consent.
