: No interventions have been performed for the specific need of this study. DNAs for WGS was obtained from the strain collection of the Unit of Typing & Genetics of Mycobacteria of the Institut Pasteur, Tunis, as part of its routine diagnostic activity permitted by the Tunisian Ministry of Health, in the context of the National TB program. Furthermore, analysis of this strain collection has been previously published []. Only fully anonymized data were processed, and hence no further ethical clearance was required.
