: An ethical approval was obtained from the Research and Community Service Office of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences of Adigrat University, with a registration number of AGU/CMHS/RCSH/0017/24. Permission was, then, obtained from the respective hospital administrators of Adigrat general hospital before commencement of the study. Informed consent was not obtained from the patients as this was retrospective cross-sectional study where secondary data was collected from the patients’ prescription paper after the patients had already been discharged. However, confidentiality of patients and health professionals was ensured accordingly where data was anonymously used.
