: The study was assessed as being ‘not subject to’ the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) by Medical Research Ethics Committee Oost-Nederland and medical ethics committee Radboud University Medical Centre. The study was approved by the medical Masters curriculum coordinator, the IPC team and medical faculty educational institute. Questionnaire participants were informed regarding the purpose of the study and participation was voluntary and anonymous. No incentives were offered for participation.
