: The planning, conduct, and reporting of human research reported in this manuscript are in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration as revised in 2013. The study received approval (4965/12.03.2025) from the Scientific Committee and the Ethics and Deontology Committee of the “Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou” Children’s Hospital. As it did not surpass standard clinical practice, obtaining consent from parents or guardians was not necessary.
