Ethics approval and consent to participate: Analysis of routinely collected data at the IDI clinic including medical records and data entered into ICEA was approved and it is annually renewed by the School of Medicine Research and Ethics Committee, Makerere University Medical School (Reference number 2009–120, renewed 30th May 2024). A consent waiver was obtained from the Ethics Committee, and all the information was deidentified before analysis.
