: This study was performed in line with the principles of the declaration of Helsinki. The study was approved by the local Ethics Committee of Stockholm (DN 2018/1259–32). Due to the retrospective register-based methods in this validation and the large risk of severe selection bias [], in line with the ethical approval, no informed consent was obtained.
