: This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Shenzhen Children’s Hospital (Approval Number: 2023–13302). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants’ legal guardians (parents or authorized caregivers) prior to enrollment. For children aged 8 years and above, written assent was also obtained after age-appropriate explanation of the study procedures.
