: Human HCC tissues and matched adjacent non-tumor tissues (n = 11 pairs) were collected with approval from the Institutional Ethics Committee of First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University (Approval No. 2020023), and written informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to sample collection. All animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the institutional guidelines for laboratory animal care and were approved by the Committee of Wenzhou Medical University Animal Policy and Welfare Committee.
