: Animal experiments were conducted in accordance with the ARRIVE 2.0 guidelines. All procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Zhongda Hospital, School of Medicine, Southeast University (Approval No: 20230801003). Mice were randomly allocated to experimental groups using a random number generator. Investigators responsible for tumor measurements, histological evaluation, and metastatic nodule counting were blinded to group allocation during data collection and analysis. Group sizes (n = 6–8 per condition) were determined based on prior studies and ensured adequate statistical power while minimizing animal use. Humane endpoints were applied, and no animals were excluded from analysis.
