: The local ethics committee of the Iran University of Medical Sciences approved the research protocol in accordance with the ethical code IR.IUMS.REC.1402.598. The trial was registered at the Iranian Registry of Clinical Trials as IRCT20201107049296N4. In accordance with the Helsinki Convention, and after obtaining informed consent from the patients (informed consent was obtained from parents for patients under the age of consent and from the patients themselves for those over the age of consent), the patients were included in the study. Children and their parents were given written information and were told they could leave the study protocol whenever they wanted.
