: All animal experiments were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center (Approval No. KTDW-2024-00483). Measures were taken to reduce animal suffering. Daily monitoring for distress was carried out and humane euthanasia was performed using an intraperitoneal overdose of pentobarbital sodium (150 mg/kg).
