: This study was reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Nanchong Central Hospital (Approval No.: 2025 Review (130)). The ethics committee granted a waiver of informed consent for participation in this study. This waiver is justified because the research is a retrospective analysis of existing, fully anonymized medical records obtained during routine clinical care. The study involves no more than minimal risk to the subjects, and the waiver doesnot adversely affect their rights and welfare. All procedures performed in this study were in accordance with the ethical standardsof the Declaration of Helsinki.
