: All strategies conducted in this study involving human participants were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional and/or national research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later modifcations or comparable ethical standards. This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Suzhou Blood Center (Approval Number: 2025016). In addition, in studies involving retrospective data analysis, written informed consent from patients was not obtained because this study is a secondary analysis of the data collected routinely for the purpose of evaluating the association between CGN and TEG combined with systemic inflammatory indicators.
