: This research was conducted as part of a PhD thesis and received ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of S.D. Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies. The research was carried out in strict adherence to the committee’s guidelines and regulations, ensuring the protection of participants’ rights and welfare. Before data collection, each research community was engaged through a proper community entry process, during which all established protocols were duly observed. All Participants were provided with an introductory letter from the institution, which served as an official introduction and invitation to participate in the study. Additionally, each participant received a Participant Information Sheet, which was sometimes read aloud in the local languages to ensure full understanding. Informed consent was obtained from all participants through a verbal Consent.
